Move-in/Move-out Cleaning

Moving, but don't have the time to clean? Let us help you!! We offer top to bottom detailed basic cleaning as well as dusting and vacuuming inside closets and wiping inside cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms. We can include any other detailed cleaning services you need, let me know of anything extra you want included. We can also clean the inside of your oven and fridge too!

Business Cleaning

Need someone to help you keep you with the cleaning once a week for your business? We can help!! Whether it's just bathrooms & kitchenette or dusting offices & wiping windows, any combination. Get the exact clean you want!

Open House/Viewing          Cleaning

Getting ready to sell or rent your home? I can help get it picture & open house ready!!

Basic Cleaning Includes:  

Dusting: Dry dusting of high walls and corners, baseboards, blinds, lamps, ceiling fans (within reach), picture frames, shelves, knick knacks, tables, and tv's and electronics. Anything you don't want touched let me know. Also, if you would like your glass tables or end tables wiped let me know.

Bathrooms (1/2 & full): Wiping of all surfaces, stainless steel, outside of cabinets, sinks, toilet, and shower, as well as folding of towels, dusting, trash, and floors. All rugs or mats will be moved, cleaned under and replaced after.

Kitchens: Wiping of all countertops, the outside of cabinets and appliances, inside of the microwave, stove top, and sinks, as well as folding towels, dusting, trash, recycle, and floors. All rugs or mats will be moved, cleaned under and replaced after.

Dining Room: Dry dusting, table wiped, and floors. 

Bedrooms: Dry dusting, straightening of beds, trash, and floors.  * NO top bunk beds.

Office/Den: Dry dusting, trash, and floors.

Patio/Porch: Dry dusting, straightening of blankets and pillows, trash and floors. All rugs will be moved,  cleaned under and replaced after.          Living Room: Dry dusting, straightening of blankets and pillows, and floors.

Laundry Room: Wiping the outside of the washer and dryer, wiping of surfaces and sink, as well as  trash and floors. All rugs will be moved, cleaned under and replaced after.

Utility Room/Rec Room: Dry dusting and floors. All rugs will be moved, cleaned under and replaced after.

Basement: Dry dusting (best I can if unfinished), trash, and floors. *Add designated time to add a   bathroom or kitchen.  

Hallways: Dry dusting and floors. All rugs will be moved, cleaned under and replaced after.

Deep Cleaning Service Options:


Can be added on to your normal clean as needed, take something off of your normal clean and replace it, or a deep cleaning and basic cleaning can be alternated.  Must contact me prior to your cleaning. Time for each task is to be agreed on by the client and I based on size of home or business being cleaned, charge based on time.


1. Hand wiping and spot cleaning with a magic eraser of the baseboards.

2. Hand wiping and spot cleaning with a magic eraser of doors, door frames and door handles.

3. Spot cleaning with a magic eraser on walls.

4. Hand wiping and spot cleaning with a magic eraser on all light switches and plug outlets.

5. Hand wiping and spot cleaning with a magic eraser on backsplash in kitchen and of all things on the counter (coffee maker, tea pot, vases, outside of toaster oven, etc.)

6. Hand wiping and spot cleaning with a magic eraser inside of cabinet doors or cabinets.

7. Blinds (dusting only, wiping easily breaks them.)

8. Windows (inside only).

9. Floors and dusting inside of closets or storage area.

10. Garage cleaning (dusting, hand wiping, spot cleaning, and floors).

11. Hands cleaning of bathrooms and/or kitchen floors. 

12. Inside the refrigerator. (1 hour or more. Timed at cleaning.)

13. Inside the oven. (30+ minutes)

14. Vacuuming of furniture

15. Vacuuming under furniture cushions


* Refrigerator cleanings fluctuate depending on size of the refrigerator, how much food to move in and out, how much food is stuck on/how much soaking needs to be done and are timed at the time of cleaning.
